I have never had a legal case before so I don’t know how it compares to another lawyer. But Bishop Legal did recently win a settlement for me regarding an accident in which it was very clearly the fault of the other driver. My van was barely moving when suddenly a huge pickup truck slammed into me from the opposite lane and caused my van to twist around full it was facing the opposite direction. Air bag went off, and my van had so much body damage along side and rear that it was declared “totaled”. My injury was not life threatening but required a few months of physical therapy for me .
The other driver admitted on the scene to their own careless driving, and the accident report clearly stated it was his fault. but then they stalled on paying my insurance company for the vehicle loss until that company sued them. I decided to file a lawsuit for my lost time and the difficulty of replacing my car (rentals and mechanics, needing to buy a used car of lesser value due to the suoer high used car market of that year. I was glad when I got a referral to Bishop Legal who agreed to take my case even though it wasn’t millions of dollars. It took a long time due to slow cooperation from the other party but I think the settlement we were able to get was probably fair compensation and I sure was not able to get any adequate response from the other party on my own. I worked with Alex who was consistently and clearly communicating with me at each stage.
