I ended up being ghosted by another law firm (I was advised not to mention names as much as I wanted to). And by ghosted, I mean, I wasn’t given updates for my case for half a year at a time even though I reached out through emails, calls and visits. In the end they ended up charging me for those follow ups.
I had Michael Beaty take my car accident case even though it was such a mess. He was very thorough and followed up with regular emails so I knew where my case stood every step of the way. He dealt with the previous attorney, absorbing all her costs and fees that she threw my way. Mr. Beaty was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was satisfied with the settlement and appreciate everyone that helped out in this matter.
Their receptionist is the sweetest, and they always have snacks as a bonus.

Everyone is extremely professional and caring. Michael was great. He is honest and direct. He even helped me find a probate attorney when my dad passed away suddenly while I was dealing with my car accident. I cannot recommend this law firm enough.
Legal issues take time but I felt it progressed at a good pace and I was kept informed. They ultimately got a satisfactory resolution, its unfortunate I chose to communicate through email and only got to see the building they're in once.
Michael Beaty really knocked it out of the park for me. November 2021 I was hit by a drunk driver in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday, attempting to ride my bike to my local gym but I never made it. God sent angels to protect me because the impact of the driver should have killed me. The driver should be doing jail time but that’s Clark Vancouver police for you. Anyway, I really thought that bad luck was going to continue on in my life but Michael Beaty my attorney, Thank you Jesus!! Michael really made sure that I received a payday from the accident, I’m really grateful Michael and your staff for helping me in my dark times.
