TL;DR: Fire your attorney and hire Alicia.
I was rear ended nearly two years ago. Hired one of those law firms you see ads about. They juggled my case around for a year and a half, passing it to a different attorney every 2 months. Each time a new attorney was assigned to my case I had to re-do the entire process. Schedule a consult, gather documents, explain the impact on work, explain my treatment and care, my pain, the timeline of everything, the works. When the third party insurance company claimed the accident never happened, these clowns didn't know what to do.
I met Alicia through a networking event and was blown away by her empathy, wholesome personality and tenacity for justice. This girl is great at what she does. I hired her and we not only made contact with the insurance agency but we settled within 4 months.
Stop wasting time at firms that just want you to close your case so they can get paid and move on to their next victim. Alicia actually cares about you and will fight for you to get a fair settlement or stand by you in court.
10/10 would hire her again. I told my grandma about her.
Over the course of the last 10 years, I have been the victim of a violent crime twice. In both cases, there was a business involved that I felt neglected to protect their customer from any act of violence. When other attorneys were turning me away for whatever reason, Alicia did not! She stood up and went to bat for me and I couldnt have asked for anyone better to repressemt me! She is the definition of a 5-Star review! Thanks again Alicia!!
I am glad I found Alicia! She helped us with our adoption of our granddaughter. Ours was a unique situation and she took the time to understand the situation that we were in.
