Most won’t read reviews.. please take the time to understand this situation. First of all, let’s start with the end in mind. My wife received her settlement. The professionalism of this firm and the help and guidance from Steve was first class. He knows what he’s doing. My wife and I were on a cruise in Alaska and while visiting one of the ports, my wife (a pedestrian) was struck by a vehicle attempting to cross the street. She suffered a concussion and internal bleeding in her brain. We were airlifted to Seattle where she spent days in intensive care. My wife took months to recover. Medical bills , transportation costs , and loss of work were the last things we worried about because of the guidance from this firm. Long story short , this firm handled everything, and I mean everything. Zoom meeting after zoom meeting were very informed of the necessary steps we needed to take while being kept in the loop of all the steps Steven and firm were taking.
