After searching everywhere for an attorney, I kept running into offices that couldn’t take my case due to conflicts, but several of them independently recommended David Manni at CMTM, and now that my case is over it is very clear why.
From the very first intake call, I knew he was the person I wanted representing me. David took on my case and went into it like a freight train, focused, prepared, and absolutely relentless in advocating for me and my daughter.
His professionalism, work ethic, and deep knowledge of family law were obvious at every step. He communicated clearly, set realistic expectations, and never once made me feel like just another file on his desk. He treated my case with urgency and respect, and he fought for the outcome that mattered most: time with my daughter.
Because of David, I now have significantly more time with her, time I would not have without his dedication and expertise. I am incredibly grateful for everything he did for my family. Hiring CMTM is a decision I will never regret.
Used John Manni (the son) in my divorce. Never helped in writing any declarations which means I did all the work while working full time. Charged me over 60k in 4 years. Would call to talk about nothing just to run up the bill and when you call he’s never there or at court. He would lie and say he was at my hearings but when checked by zoom calls or court paperwork he wasn’t. Unprofessional speech including cussing and calling me “dude” and “home boy”. Dropped me a week before trial and left me with 9000 dollar debt after being paid over 50k. Young unprofessional with a losing track record. Cares solely about how much he can get out of you not if he can help you legally.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Manni was extremely rude to my husband and constantly called him dude. How unprofessional to refer to your client as dude. He is an absolute horrible, unprofessional lawyer. He was extremely condescending, rude and belittling towards my husband every time they spoke. He charged well over 10k and was not prepared for our case. Needless to say we lost the case due to his carelessness. His staff was rude and acted as if we were a waste of their time. I would highly recommend finding a different lawyer that will act professionally and treat their client in a respectful manner.
John is the worst lawyer! He doesn't even show up to his court dates. He is very unprofessional and doesn't get the things done that needs to be done. We have done more research in the time he has had the case than he has. Having to do your lawyers job is uncalled for, that is what we pay for, right? I will never use this lawyer or any of them from here. I still cannot believe this. I'm so lost for words at this point.
