From a divorce and child custody situation, legal assistance with my company , to helping my mother set up her will. Always a favorable satisfactory outcome. Clint and Stacey were very supportive through the whole process of having a trust done for my mother. We are now working with them on probate for my brother's estate. Would definitely recommend Morgan Hill to anyone.
I would not recommend working with Morgan Hill based on my experience. My first attorney did not respond to messages for months and was later no longer with the firm. The replacement attorney was responsive but appeared overextended. I needed independent support on a complex legal matter, but instead I found myself managing the process. After spending a significant amount of money, there was no meaningful progress or resolution. I’m disappointed in the cost, but more disappointed that the firm couldn’t deliver on what I needed. It is worth noting that there was no opposing party in my case, it was a legal matter all parties supported.

My time spent with Kara and Lanea was nothing shy of helpful, and professional.
Kara and Lanea walked me through the whole process, explained it all in detail, and did what was in their power to help me along with my case.
I couldn’t have asked for better help.
