I was very happy with the legal services I received. I met with Clint Morgan originally for help with probate. He was helpful, knowledgeable and walked me through the process. I later consulted him on setting up a trust. Again, along with his paralegal, Stacey, he guided me in accomplishing my intended goals. Clint and Stacey were a great team, answering my questions and taking care that the documents were handled professionally and timely. It was a pleasure working with them. I would definitely recommend them and will call on them for any future legal needs.
Great service from Morgan Hill! I’ve used them twice now for domestic issues and have been more than satisfied each time. Paralegal Lita P and Attorney Jeff C did great work, moving quickly and getting to yes. I appreciate the help greatly! I will use the again for any future domestic problems.
I would not recommend working with Morgan Hill based on my experience. My first attorney did not respond to messages for months and was later no longer with the firm. The replacement attorney was responsive but appeared overextended. I needed independent support on a complex legal matter, but instead I found myself managing the process. After spending a significant amount of money, there was no meaningful progress or resolution. I’m disappointed in the cost, but more disappointed that the firm couldn’t deliver on what I needed. It is worth noting that there was no opposing party in my case, it was a legal matter all parties supported.
Mr. Carr was co-counsel on my minor guardianship case for my nieces and he did a phenomenal job. His presentation, questions, and cross examination of witnesses were outstanding. He really fought hard alongside my Attorney Ms. Julia Yetter for my nieces’ best interests.

Clint has been an amazing help with our wills and estate planning. He is extremely knowledgeable. What we enjoyed most was feeling at ease and comfortable with his casual demeanor, which is very refreshing and appreciated. I would highly recommend Clint Morgan for all of your legal needs.
