I 100% recommend this firm for anyone having trouble with their L&I claim. They were very kind and courteous, and always went the extra step to explain things I did not understand. They helped me through the entire process and made sure I was getting the best outcome. I'm not sure what my quality of life would be without them. Thank you to the entire team!
I began working with Ostrander & Deuel, back in 2020, after filing my claim and undergoing surgery. I contacted their office because I didn’t fully know what the next steps were in the L&I system. Their office helped me navigate my claim with ease and understanding. It was very helpful having them as my representative during the complicated vocational rehabilitation process. In the end, they helped me finish my claim with the best possible result. The entire office was very easy to work with and I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I heard about L & I Attorney Dane Ostrander from Julie, his Office Manager while in a swimming pool in Mazatlan Mexico. lol
Once i was able to talk with Dane I hired him as my Attorney. I am so grateful to him & his office staff for explaining all the steps you have to go thru fighting an L & I claim.
Dane did that for me & I've never gotten to meet him face to face only via telephone. But again I can't Thank him or his staff enough. They got me my Full Disability Benefits.
I have been through a rough patch in my life .when I need help really bad there team was there ,they were understanding, compassionate, and they stayed by my side still to this day. I'm so Greatful to have them I wouldn't ask for anyone but them if you are in need a legal team that specialize in injury from a job.please call them and reach out they are really there to listen.
