I was involved in a car accident in September 2024 and retained this firm shortly after. At first they made things seem easy, and it felt like I was in good hands. It's now nearly 2026, I’ve had to reach out several times for updates, and I've received almost no meaningful updates on my case. Last time was in September. I’ve been passed from rep to the other, I've sent multiple emails, two recently, and have been left completely out of the loop.
I waited two weeks from my last email before leaving this review to see if I would have any contact back. As a client, I expected transparency, responsiveness, and at the very least, periodic check-ins. Instead, I've felt ignored and sidelined. If you value communication and want to feel supported through a legal process, I would reconsider before choosing this firm.

After expressing my concerns, I did receive a call directly from Jason. When given the options after my accident, my doctor advised that Murphy Law would have a more personal approach with their clients over some of the more corporate firms out there. His direct call gave me reassurance in why I went with Murphy Law to begin with. Thank you, Jason and team.
I cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, professional, and supportive during a very difficult time. Lisa, in particular, was exceptional. She graciously answered all of my calls and questions, no matter how often I reached out, making the process feel much less overwhelming. While I sincerely hope I never have to go through anything like this again, if I do, they would be the first ones I turn to. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of legal assistance.
