My experience was with Dan, who represented my husband. We paid $6,000 for full representation of his case, and unfortunately the service we received was extremely disappointing. Throughout the process, Dan appeared unfamiliar with important details of the case and even forgot my husband's name during a phone call. After the hearing, he told us my husband had done very well and gave us the impression that the outcome was positive. We later learned that my husband's license is being suspended. The very outcome we were told would be the worst-case scenario. To make it worse, once the decision was issued, Dan informed us that if we wanted to appeal, we should hire another attorney because he was no longer contractually obligated to represent my husband. After paying $6,000 for representation, being told to start over with another lawyer and spend thousands more on an appeal was incredibly frustrating. What makes this especially disappointing is that Dan seemed proud of how the hearing went, only for us to discover that the result was a significant loss. We were left feeling misled about both the strength of the case and the outcome. Given the result, it honestly feels like we would have been no worse off representing ourselves. I cannot recommend this firm based on our experience.
