I brought my mother to meet with Leigh Bennett to get advice about making changes to her trust and will. Leigh is kind and knowledgeable. My elderly mother felt very comfortable with his style and advice and felt she was in good hands. She had been nervous about going but felt relieved and confident after our meeting with him.
We met with Pete to discuss creating a will and talked for a couple hours. We thought a will might be simple, but even with all the research we did, it was amazing how much more relevant information Pete knew. He also had great advice regarding taxes, but state and federal. If you're even considering a will, don't buy some cheap program for your computer or trust to some web site...talk to someone who really knows all the ramifications involving wills, especially different trust funds, some of which can reduce taxes by huge amounts of even altogether.
