They charged $500 for consultation. My uncle was detained in the detention center. I contacted them right away and they told me they would work on his case. Kept saying they would speak to him directly about some options and go over some few things they can petition for him to be able to stay in the US. I waited 1 week and they did nothing the second week I started getting stressed out because I was not getting any answers from them. I had to call them 3 times in one day to speak to them about the case. They ended up saying they will speak to my uncle by Friday 5/30. Never
happened. My uncle lost hope and signed to leave the country. I would not waste money on this attorney because they don’t care to work fast enough but are very fast in taking your money. 2 of my family have hired them to proceed on working permits but we will be changing attorneys because of the experience. They give false hope and just keep saying they are working on it but don’t do anything!!
Don't use this services!!! They will lie to you and make false promises. They won't tell you full details and you will never speak to a real lawyer. When you try and cancel everything they will say everything is complete and that you can't get your money back. So your out 12k
The application they told my parents they qualified for wasn't even something that applies to them.
All they care about is taking your money.
My husband has been a client of hers for 6 years and when my husband was detained 2 months ago I called her office and was charged $300 because they said this was a new case and that they need to do a consultation and till this day they have not communicated with my husband. I had to hire another attorney to help. I have requested a refund and they have not responded to any of my complaints or requests. The new attorney has requested my husbands records and they have not responded to any of the requests. This is so disappointing and frustrating.

I had a terrible experience with Alexandra Lozano Immigration Law. I paid $350 for a consultation, even though I’m married and eligible to apply for legal status through a family petition. Instead, they pressured me to apply through VAWA, telling me to lie and say I was abused in my previous marriage just because it had been less than 2 years since my divorce. I told them I didn’t feel comfortable lying and I refused.
Then, without my permission, they took my fingerprints. I clearly told them I did not consent and didn’t feel comfortable, but they did it anyway and said it was “just protocol.” That’s not okay.
After I said I wasn’t moving forward with them, they harassed me with constant calls every day even after I asked to be removed from their system. I had to tell them directly that I hired another lawyer before they finally stopped.
This firm is unethical and aggressive. They are known in the community for shady practices like pressuring clients to lie, charging excessive fees, and pushing unnecessary or fraudulent immigration strategies. I later found out they have been reported to the WA State Bar and immigration authorities multiple times.
Their handling of client data also raises serious concerns. Based on how they took my biometric data (fingerprints) without informed consent, offered no explanation about how it would be stored, and showed no care for privacy during the process, I strongly question their cybersecurity practices. If this is how they handle sensitive information in person, I worry about how it is managed digitally behind the scenes.
⚠️ Please save yourself the stress, money, and risk. Do not trust this firm.
I was quickly helped over the phone by Denise, she was very knowledagble with the status of my case. Not only did she answer every one of my questions, she also went above and beyond and verified some information in regard to getting my Mexican Passport and what documents I would need to take to the Mexican Consulate. Very impressed and satisfied with her professionalism and kindess.
