They charged $500 for consultation. My uncle was detained in the detention center. I contacted them right away and they told me they would work on his case. Kept saying they would speak to him directly about some options and go over some few things they can petition for him to be able to stay in the US. I waited 1 week and they did nothing the second week I started getting stressed out because I was not getting any answers from them. I had to call them 3 times in one day to speak to them about the case. They ended up saying they will speak to my uncle by Friday 5/30. Never happened. My uncle lost hope and signed to leave the country. I would not waste money on this attorney because they don’t care to work fast enough but are very fast in taking your money. 2 of my family have hired them to proceed on working permits but we will be changing attorneys because of the experience. They give false hope and just keep saying they are working on it but don’t do anything!!

I am really satisfied with the work that la abogada Alexandra and her team do for my parents, they got their work permits in 6-8 months. We couldn’t be more grateful.

Save your money and time and find someone who is actually going to take your case and make it important. They take your money and basically hold it hostage with no communication whatsoever. I personally waited 3 months for a phone call after going thru all the “steps” they required of me, figured that was more than enough time to put together a strong case. Called them to ask for an update and suddenly my case is ready for me to review, approve and send. I’m thinking “yay” but no. They were “pending” sending it via mail to me, apparently it takes 2 more months to put the package in the mail. Called every single week suggesting I pick it up myself when I wasn’t receiving it, waiting by the mailbox every day like a psycho. Called again and asked if I could review it there, send it thru email, gave many options and their answer every time was it’ll be next day delivery don’t worry. 2 weeks later I decided to call again and say I’m going pull my case from them and go somewhere else. Their answer? Okay come sign a form and we’ll give you a partial refund. Wow. They really don’t care about their clients, they are quick to take your payments but slow to give a simple response. Save your time, invest your money in someone who actually cares about your situation and makes it their priority, with better pricing and hopefully better results.

They will take your money and sit on it for a long time. I have a family member who came to them and and payed in full 5 months ago. We checked in multiple times for updates and we're told the renewal was already being processed. 5 months later, my family member's work permit is about to expire and now she's going to lose her job due to their negligence. Their paperwork is barely getting the initial signatures to be sent out! They got payed 5 months ago and did not get to our renewal until 5 months later!!! They will take your money fast, but unfortunately not work for you with the same energy. Reach out to another immigration office! Get better service, better price and better results! Don't risk losing your job over hiring them for help to keep your job.

Beware I called this law firm because I heard of them on the radio and seem like a good option but that is far from the case the lawyer of miracles is the slogan I heard and what made me call them. Well when you do make a consultation they say it will be with the lawyer but let me tell you my experience I got a appointment but it was with what sounded like a call center. I asked is this appointment with the lawyer or a paralegal they reassured me that it was with Alexandra but the entire appointment I just talked with someone who was not a legal lawyer but some person that was googling information and putting me on hold time after time to just say there was nothing they could do in 15 min I was so mad that I told them I want to talk to a actual lawyer not a third party or refund me money the assured me it was the lawyers message passed to me but if I paid to talk with a professional lawyer not a paralegal or who ever I talk to. I just want peaple to know if you need defense in a time like now that you can trust that will fight for you. I wouldn’t count on it here. It more seems they want your money and waste your time when immigration matters some times need urgencies after going around and finding a actual attorney that treated me way different and my experience was 360 I felt I needed to write this review don’t waste your time with this firm you’ll lose time and money
