I am writing this review because I am enormously grateful to the attorneys and legal support staff that negotiated the best possible settlement in connection with my claim for negligence that arose out of a motor vehicle accident. I was on my way to work on a busy morning in the fall of 2024 when I got quite severely rear-ended by the driver behind me, who, in turn, was rear-ended by another, young and inexperienced driver. Even though I did not have broken bones and did not end up in a wheel chair, this accident caused me to suffer very annoying soft tissue injuries and disrupted my professional life because I had to change my weekly schedule to squeeze in multiple visits to a chiropractor and a massage therapist. I also initially hired a law firm that did pretty much nothing on my case.
The things have taken a completely different turn when I took my case to Dubin Law Group. It's hard to describe the amount of care, empathy, attention to my case, and competence, all of which I experienced when attorney Jay Adkins and his assistant Denise Taylor started working on my case. From the intake to the resolution I felt that I am in a highly caring environment where my health and financial interests were above anything else. And I was almost speechless when I learned the number for which Jay (with the help of Denise) was able to settle my claim. I certainly hope that I won't find myself in the same or similar car accident situation again, but if I do, I will definitely hire Dubin Law Group because this is a team of highly compassionate, competent, and creative attorneys to whom I will remain forever grateful.

Everyone at the law firm is professional and honest. I followed the initial guidance of the lawyer who first worked with me, and it served me well when it became clear that further legal action was needed. Josh helped me at first, but they realized that the best attorney for my case was Anne. Jill is the paralegal who worked with Anne. They are an absolute dream team. Anne did prep calls with me before every major event in the legal process and gave updates whenever needed. I spoke the most with her paralegal Jill. Jill is someone who is so absurdly competent and kind. My injury gives me terrible brain fog and perpetual exhaustion, so date and times are hard to keep track of. Jill kept me updated, double-checked dates, and kept on me on schedule for everything. I never felt ashamed to ask for her to remind me of things or ask a very stupid question. Anne was always honest with me and crystal clear about what we were doing. Anne gave realistic expectations and secured enough for me to try and rebuild my life. From the time I was injured to the conclusion, it was roughly 5 years. Adessa helped with pulling all the numbers in the end to make sure everything was taken care of.
