Pathetic law firm full of liars. If they have any doubt they could win the lawsuit they will reject you as a client. The first time I reached out to them they were available to taking on new clients. They wanted me to submit some of my medical malpractice proof which I spent hours doing, they then lied to me and said they didn’t have the time for new cases and they were so busy with other lawsuits for the next several years. It’s been a year now and I called them other day and asked if they were accepting new clients and she said YES! I then shared who I was and then came on the lies. She claims that she worded things incorrectly and they do not have any openings to accept new clients. Pretty much they are not skilled enough to take on cases that require a lot of time and work. They claim to have won lawsuits for millions and millions of dollars. I call bullshit on the pathetic law firm of Swanson Gardner Meyers.
I cannot recommend this firm enough. Peter Meyers represented my recent case which resulted in what I believe to be the highest settlement amount possible. He professionally explained the decisions I was faced with throughout each phase, and guided me with his expertise in a non-rushed or aggressive way. I do not think I would have had such a good outcome in my case had it not been for Peter. Jennifer was also an incredible asset throughout the entire process. I had the most contact with her, oftentimes daily, for much of the past three years. Her patience with my questions seemed to have no cap, and her compassion unmatched. She is knowledgeable, professional, consistent, caring, and responsive. Between Peter and Jennifer, I truly felt I had the best team possible representing me and highly recommend Swanson Gardener Meyers.

They have always been there for us giving the needed timely advice and followup. Most of the personal contact was with Jennifer but both Mr. Meyers and Mr. Gardner where available when needed. There help was very helpful in my recovery. We would recommend anyone needing legal advice contact them.
