My experience with McKinley Irvin was extremely disappointing. I spent over $20,000 and my divorce is still unfinished. They never secured a trial date, and the only thing completed was a temporary order. After that, the process kept getting delayed with no real progress. Before hiring them, I was told they would handle everything but I did all the legwork myself except for them filing paperwork. Additionally, my husband took all of our possessions over a year ago, and nothing was done through the legal process to address or prevent that. Between the high costs, ongoing delays, lack of communication, and no real progress, I ultimately had to drop them because I could not continue financially. I will literally be homeless due to my now huge debt of legal fees.
