Absolutely terrible auto accident happened went with towsend as attorney. Told they will take the case. Never received updates for about a month decided to call they would pick up left voice message nothing. Decided to come in and get update said they were working on it later called again about 1 week later they said they needed more info , but never reached out to me. Brought them more info waited a month called they said they would update me and call me back never did!! Stopped by again months later they said we will call you back Never did they call me or update stopped picking up my phone has been about 3 to 4 years ago when I went to them. Still no reply. Absolutely terrible firm beware!!!!
Josie, Kate, and Becki are the only people I would ever trust with such a delicate life choice. I say life choice because this is about protecting my family. The most important part of my existence. The process was hard. It required trust. Trust Josie. Trust her team. She may not inform you like other lawyers do of every step, every declaration, every email, but honestly I am grateful for that. (It’s less unnecessary charges). Her way of lawyering protected my mental health from the constant litigation abuse. They know what they are doing. They protected my mental health and they are also protecting the mental health of my family. There is no amount of money that could pay for what Josie and her team do. I am endlessly and eternally grateful for them. Josie is brilliant and I’m pretty sure she is a genius.
