I got rear ended 9/24 and called Pendergast law. They were very nice talking from begin to end. I had Joshua Kipp to be my attorney and Storm to finish the negotiations. Both were great especially thanks to JK from the very beginning. He was very helpful from finding medical needed to work w 3 insurance co. Everything was very timely done n he keep me posted every step. Finally done w case today n finally got to meet JK in person first time to the office. Very well done JK hassle free n I can't say enough, very much appreciated your representation. Absolutely recommend this place especially JK. See yall.
Oh had to add Ann was very helpful n nice from the intake start. Do not use l&i. It will give u another headache or any bs urgent care. Just call these guys will direct u to whatever needed. Tyvm u guys again.
