My husband had gotten into a car accident. We worked with Rachel for a whole year. We couldn’t recommend her enough. She was Patient, kind, informative, and her communication was top-tier. You can tell her best interest was First, my husband’s health and second getting what we deserve. She would respond to us at all hours of the day and listen to the novels of stories we would have to add. Rachel was Just so amazing to work with. We are not local to Tacoma actually hours away. We hope to stay away from having to come back, but if We know we had to… we could trust Rachel’s loyalty! (Btw this law firm was not the first choice. We had discontinued and chose here. We were so happy with our decision!)

Vanny and Danielle in particular make you feel like you really have someone looking out for you. They both go above and beyond their professional responsibilities with their hard work and support. They really helped my husband when he was alive and helped me when he passed unexpectedly. They really showed support and understands and helped answer any questions.
This law firm took me in when others refused me. They believed in me and decided to help me. I have L&i case with them. My case is not yet over but I’m optimistic it’ll end positively soon because they know their work. I’ve been working with Mackenzie and she’s awesome. A beautiful soul that always updates me. I’m so glad o found them
I have been with Vail, Cross-Euteneir & Associates for going on 25 years now. Hey dealt with my L&I case that took over 13 years to complete because of the many circles they put me through. I couldn't have done it without their help and graciousness and kindness. They helped with my SSDI which took a huge headache and weight off of my shoulders. Then years later when my daughter was in a serious car accident there was no one else I would have turned too. There is no one else I will ever turn to. I pray I will never have to use another attorney but if I do.....this will be my first call. Thank you for all you help over the years
