My son was hit by someone while crossing in the crosswalk on his bike, and the insurance company really made it difficult despite it very much being their clients fault.
They were being petty, down to the simple replacement of his bike, and I didn’t even want a lawsuit, but felt they left me no choice.
I reached out to Russel and Hill, because coincidently, someone who worked in their office witnessed it. Long and short of it, I’m glad I did. My son was taken care of, the medical bills are paid off and he has something to show now for the PTSD, & scars.
After that experience I’m not going to waste my time debating with them ever again. If you’re dealing with that and their client is a fault, trust me, just lawyer up.
