I had a very negative experience with this law office. I initially had a promising consultation on January 23rd and promptly decided to retain their services, making a partial payment towards my retainer fee. However, the subsequent weeks were filled with confusion and frustration.
I encountered numerous issues with payments and account balances. Despite making three payments, the office consistently struggled to locate my account information. When I attempted to make my final payment, I was given conflicting information about the remaining balance. When I questioned the discrepancy, I was met with hostility.
The bookkeeper, instead of clarifying the issue, accused me of using the wrong terminology and ultimately hung up on me. Two hours later, I received a call from a legal assistant informing me that they were dropping me as a client due to my "aggressive tone" and because my case wasn't progressing quickly enough. I was shocked and appalled, as I had not been aggressive or disrespectful. I was simply trying to clarify my account balance and make a payment.
The lack of communication, organizational issues, and the abrupt termination of my case were incredibly unprofessional. If you're considering this law office, be warned: any perceived frustration on your part may be deemed "aggressive" and result in them dropping you as a client. I cannot recommend their services.
