No one reached out to me to ask me if I would accept the final offer. I have no idea what their final offer is and this was over two years ago. They say that they’re waiting on bills to come in the hospital has sent it off to collections now twice because they got tired of awaiting on payment. My wife’s case her first one is still pending going to court and that was almost 4 years ago, we have stuck it out this long so we continue to stick it out, but I will never use this law firm again.
