Jorge's team is highly responsive, one can expect response to any email or request within hours.
The communication was also open, straightforward and clear.
The drafting process was extremely efficient. I only wished while drafting documents, the team could have more customisable mindsets rather than referring to default standards.
I used them for a speeding ticket. Apparently the court moved it to a non-moving violation and a fine was still due. But NW Liberty law communicated to me that my case was dismissed. Months later, I received a notice from a collections agency stating that I owed the fine plus a late fee. When I reached out to the firm, they acknowledged the miscommunication and still asked me to pay! How can I recommend a law firm that messes up such basic communication? Stay away and find somebody else for your money's worth!
Christopher was always prompt in responding to questions and was on top of the case. It was really a smooth experience working with them for my traffic ticket which they were able to get dismissed. Would definitely want to work with this firm again.
