My attorney Jack Peterson was an all around excellent lawyer!!!!! If your in need I absolutely think you should get ahold of him. Polite staff, and Jack is always on top of my case and gave me updates about my case all the time. He got me the highest amount possible for my case within a reasonable time period. Very professional but laid back guy. Knock on wood I don't have to, but I would definitely use him again if needed.
I am so thankful for the opportunity to write about our family’s experience working with Jack Peterson. Jask is extremely dedicated, empathetic, professional, and extremely knowledgeable within his area. My son was in an accident, and we did not know anything about how to navigate the insurance companies. We had other issues that really made my son’s case very complex, and we found ourselves in a position we never had to navigate before, and very unsure where to start. To be honest, we set up 3 appointments to discuss my son’s situation to be sure we had multiple opinions and had information to work from. Jack Peterson was our first appointment, and from the moment we stepped into Jack’s office he helped us to feel protected, secure in our direction and that he would be dedicated to handling the full process. His compassion, knowledge, and ability to build trust with us up front made this so easy, we cancelled all other appointments! Kind and compassionate, fair and with an experienced and efficient flow, he takes all the headache out of the legal difficulties of working with another insurance company in an accident. Also, he was still able to help me in settling the case while I moved across country.

Jack was absolutely amazing! He managed to get my insurance company to change their determination on an accident where I was hit by another driver. The insurance company initially decided that nobody was at fault and therefore didn’t have to pay anything. Jack got them to determine the driver that hit me to be at fault, secured recoupment for my totaled vehicle, and negotiated a great settlement. He was easy to work with and turned a terrible event into a big win for our family. I cannot recommend him enough!
Jack was such a fantastic support through our battle with Geico. He secured a settlement for our infant daughter who was in the car in our accident. He was so kind and helpful in explaining the whole process. He welcomed our now toddler into his office, which meant so much as a parent. Once her settlement was done, he met us at the bank to handle the process of setting up a trust account for her. He is the definition of above and beyond service. Thank you , Jack!
