I am a loyal Hockett & Olsen customer because they’ve always gone the extra mile for me. I bring my car to them for an oil change and they take the time to examine the vehicle for anything that I need to know about. My confidence in their expertise is such that I am always inclined to take their recommendations should they see something needs attention. Joe is a great “front man” and gives clear estimates, then elaborates on all work performed so I can understand what I’m paying for.
I was witness to Rose, Kyle & Tyler's Experience, what actually happen was they inquired about some items for sale, but some other inquiries showed up before them, it was a case of first come, first serve, the party of three became angry and yelled in the managers face and became very aggressive, they then proceeded to do burn outs in the business parking lot, Hockett & Olsen does not tolerate this kind of behavior, these folks are not Hockett & Olsen customers at all! way to be fair to the first comers!
Watched my manager try to start a physical altercation with a customer.. I would not bring my car here.
Also. We are going out of business…. So use that knowledge however you see fit.
We have always had good results form Hockett & Olsen. They've been courteous and helpful. It is nice to have a reliable company close to home, without running all over the county. Our cars are 20 and 22 years old, so we know they are doing a good job helping to keep them running. Yes, we've had to put out some money here and there for repairs, but unless we find we are going to save hundreds of dollars, why take chances with other places? We appreciate what they've done for us through the years so far.

a month agoThey do great work, and are so wonderful to work with. I feel very well taken care of every time I go in. Customer service is fantastic.
