Perhaps changing your automatic messged to say we are to busy and will not respond would be better. I let my client who highly recommended them that I was never contacted.
Paul managed my diminished value claim to resolution, dealing with the at-fault party's insurance (which was under insured, making things more challenging) and my own insurance and got them to settle. The process, save for some initial homework and the outcome was pretty much the best case scenario for me.
I fully recommend Paul's services. Just beware that you need to be armed with patience to see a DV claim through.
