I contacted their office. They were very polite and considerate. They requested my medical records and stated they were going to help me, that’s where it stopped. They stated they needed time to work on my case. I had surgery on my hand that has disabled me. I no longer have the use of my hand and live in an extraordinary amount of pain every day. In the beginning when I called they Assured me, they were working on my case. During that time, my daughter was murdered. I could Hardly get out of bed let alone deal with an attorney. Months went by. Their office never called, checked up nor gave updates. One day when I stop crying for a little bit I called them and they informed me they didn’t have time on their schedule. I asked why didn’t they contact me and let me know so I could find another Attorney. The guy was very rude. He told me call the bar Association, the bar association does not give out referrals. I told him I wanted my medical records returned. He had me on An extremely long hold. Then he asked me when I was coming to get them. I told him I’m unable to drive because of my hand he was smug and dismissive. I asked again why nobody contacted me if they had decided to Drop my case? It is very clear that They do not care about their clients. I believe that they are 100% money driven, caring about clients is not their priority. In their advertisement, they say they keep in contact that is false advertising. I can’t in good conscience leave a good review. When I tried to ask again why they did not contact me I had the phone slammed down on me. This is how attorney Cochran treats Angel moms of murdered children. Don’t expect much from them unless they’re going to receive a Great deal of money out of your case. Remember, they’re the victims, not you.
