In short, I had a wonderful experience with this law firm. Professional, kind, respectful and on top of things. They’ll go out of their way to help you through your case no matter how big or small. If you want details; I ended up being ghosted by another law firm (I was advised not to mention names as much as I wanted to). And by ghosted, I mean, I wasn’t given updates for my case for half a year at a time even though I reached out through emails, calls and visits. In the end they ended up charging me for those follow ups. I had Michael Beaty take my car accident case even though it was such a mess. He was very thorough and followed up with regular emails so I knew where my case stood every step of the way.
