One year later I am happy with my settlement. Thank you Strong Law for helping me through my accident. They worked diligently while I was deployed for the military overseas and communicated with me throughout. Shame on Amazon for not taking responsibility and forcing a third-party to negotiate their employees negligence. It took a stressful few months but it all worked itself out in the end. God is good 🏿
I would highly recommend Strong Law to anyone seeking legal assistance. Samantha, Lihla, and Jozee were the greatest team. They handled everything, from medical records to insurance companies. Before I discovered Strong Law, I felt pretty overwhelmed with the whole process. But these ladies put in the work and kept me informed through the whole process as well as getting me an awesome settlement. Do yourself a favor and give them a call.
Honestly I did not have a good initial experience with Strong law what so ever.
That is until about 2.5 years after starting with them, 2 reps coming and going. As well as being pretty disrespected and belittled.
I was put in Areli’s hands and she was the hardest working, sweetest, most understanding, and genuinely proper ethics motivated person I could have wished for. They ensured I could make appointments to speak with them when ever I needed to. They were clear and honest about taking on the previous reps cases, how busy she was apologizing for any late replies, how she saw the age of my case, and how she would be working hard to prioritize getting it resolved. Made sure to utilize the tools provided to her to make my funds available as soon as possible while ensuing no money was owed by utilizing systems in place to do so already by law. While the others were just going in circles and making me call the lien holders myself. They did the work to track down liens ASAP and created a trust hold to ensure funds were there to pay for it. Just someone who REALLY cares and doesn’t see you like a number.
Initially I would never recommend due to value over cost as no matter if they work as properly as Areli or not. They still take 1/3 if not more of your settlement while you seemingly do most of the work and emails or forms are sent then reviewed maybe signed. You don’t talk to the lawyer I think at all during the process.
However if they ensure all their reps are trained and work as Areli does or you just request to only work with her. Then I completely recommend doing so. The pease of mind and respect alone is worth it during such a stressful time.
Which is why I put 4 stars not 5 or 1. Because of Areli and the team that took action by her request promptly when they did.
Just my honest feelings . Thank you Areli for everything you do your absolutely amazing, respectful, hard working, and honest. I’d bake you a few cakes if I could.
I’m very appreciative with my experience with Strong Law for there assistance with resolving my issues. It was a process but they kept fighting the good fight for me. I will definitely reach out if needed in the future and also refer them to friends & family. I want to give a special thank you to Marisol and Areli in particular for being wonderful in their keeping me in the loop and always touching base not on in a business aspect but also making sure I was feeling okay!! They are amazing and I’m thankful to have worked with you two ladies. God Bless!!
