My husband and I worked with Brady to complete estate planning for the first time, including a will, power of attorney, and advanced directive. Recently went thru a probate case for my mother and Brady was recommended to me by my real estate appraiser. What I was looking for was an attorney with solid probate experience, but with enough flexibility to let me (Executor) do most of the legwork while providing timely consulting and legal services.
Brady ended up being a perfect fit. He was always very responsive, never pushed an excessive services on to me (even though he didn't make much $$$ from me) and was very empathetic of my situation. He took the time to thoroughly understand all of my answers before providing any kind of advice. All of the paperwork I submitted to Snohomish County's clerk office during probate was never questioned. The case was recently closed out with no issues.
The amount he charged was very reasonable. As I recently told him, he's the first attorney I've actually enjoyed working with. I can't recommend Brady enough.
Brady did a great job in sorting out my situation. I'm 85. My wife of 57 years passed in 2023. I sold the house, remarried, moved and because my youngest son's health made it impossible for him to work, I'd bought an out of state residence in which he is living. My existing revocable living trust was woefully out of date and various other end-of-life documents also needed updating. Within two weeks all was taken care of. Brady did superb work at a reasonable cost. It's a great relief to have my "future" sorted in such a professional manner.
