My amazing massage therapist recommended this office to me based on her experience years ago. I sent in a query online, not expecting to hear back any time soon, but they got back to me within half an hour, and scheduled an assessment for the next day.
Extensive tests and x-rays showed significant skeletal misalignment, a bulging disk, and serious weakness on the injured side. They went over the results in detail, explained what they wanted to do to address the issue, and gave me a cost estimate in advance.
I'm nearing the end of the initial treatment now, and it has been excellent. My energy levels are improving, several chronic issues are resolving, and I have more flexibility and range of movement than I've had in years. They listen, keep me informed, and change course as needed.
But the reason they are getting five stars is the people. Every single staff member is helpful, warm, engaged, and cheerful. Watching them with other patients, I've seen the highest level of empathy and care demonstrated repeatedly. They're also funny and the vibe in the office is delightful.
They are *very* expensive, but they provide a wide range of services, payment plans, and they're up front about the cost. For me, it's been completely worth the cost and the hour of driving each way twice a week.
TL;DR: this place is excellent--read on for more detail
I found Olympic after searching for somewhere that could perform shock/pressure wave therapy to treat plantar fasciitis, and I scheduled a consultation based on the other positive reviews I saw here on Google. I particularly noted the other reviews that mentioned successful treatment and great staff.
What to expect: The clinic director, Dr. Shelley, is a highly insightful practitioner with a whole-human, science-based approach. Know that entering the care of this clinic means treating any and all contributing factors to your pain. Everyone at the clinic are wonderful, skilled people who will just make your day at every appointment.
I have a very stubborn, slow-healing injury. Despite this, Dr. Webb has worked with me to pinpoint the best approach for my specific issue and for the first time in a long time, I'm making progress. I'll never forget the moment I took my first pain-free step in years. I've never had chiropractic treatment before, and Dr. Webb has patiently established a lot of trust and has turned me into a total convert.
Other reviews will mention the cost. Given the state of healthcare and Western medicine at this time, I find that insurance will cover very little outside of surgery and medication. Thus, the cost of treatment can indeed add up out of pocket. I encourage anyone looking for a solution to their pain to at least schedule a consultation and discuss options with Dr. Shelley.
Bottom line, this is a clinic full of people who genuinely care about their patients and want to help, and it's evident in everything they do. I'm so grateful to have found Olympic Spine & Sports Therapy.
After my initial consultation, Dr. Shelley explained how and why my condition caused pain and how the combination of Olympics therapies could help me experience relief in a short period of time. I can say without hesitation that true words have never been spoken! I received spinal decompression therapy for my low back when I was in my late 30s. The doctor I saw Put me on a 5-6 month treatment program. My results were great, I would say life-changing, but as I aged my symptoms returned. When Dr. Shelley told me he thought I would see results in just six weeks, I was skeptical. As I already mentioned, he spoke the truth. I went from 0 to 60 in six weeks, not six months! Thank you, Dr. Shelley and the Olympic team!
I had injured my back numerous times in my special inspection roll as well as injuries rock climbing. Hospitals and doctors did not help, just made it worse. After my first session with Dr Shelley I got relief. His innovative way of addressing pain is life changing and works with the body to recover and stay well. If you want true results, this is the place to try. I really appreciate the road to recovery and ability to function without pain!
Having access to this treatment is incredible, but I used to only take advantage of it when I had a flare-up. After my last injury, I committed to a full treatment plan, but at first, I was discouraged—my pain would return after a day or so. Then, I started incorporating stretching and strengthening exercises alongside my adjustments, NeoGen, and laser therapy. That’s when everything changed. Now, I’m seeing lasting results. By doing the extra work at home—the ‘hard part’—I’m not just relieving pain; I’m building a body that can sustain the improvements from treatment.
