Angi and the team at Galvin Realty have done it again! Once more they've exceeded my expectations in closing another transaction for me earlier than expected. It's easy to understand why I continue to use their services for all my real estate transactions throughout the years and their experience and professionalism has never let me down. Dale Galvin and his team possess such a tremendous knowledge bank that whatever the transaction, they can handle it completely and concisely. If I could give then six start I would!
I recently purchased my 1st condo, and had my 1st real estate transaction alone, after recently losing my husband, in over 30 years, and they couldn't have been kinder or more efficient, which was just what I needed during this difficult time. Angi and her team were patient when I didn't get to things as quickly as I probably would under normal circumstances, and excellent at guiding me, very clearly, through the complex processes of real estate transactions. I highly recommend them!
Astoundingly frustrating experience. They didn't seem to actually care about the problem. They gave conflicting advice, didn't prepare for meetings, didn't seem to communicate internally about billing (i.e "you won't be charged" then you get charged), and we ended up after several thousand dollars burned in a worse position than if we didn't hire them at all.
If you bring three people into a meeting and charge me the hourly rate for every single one of them yet none can answer simple questions, what am I actually paying for?
I first met Angi Krachinus when I dropped off our personal check as earnest money at her office. We recently moved to Seattle from Boston. With our east coast bank having no presence in the west coast, navigating payment for buying a property was not as easy as we had imagined. That’s why we truly and sincerely appreciate Angi and her entire team (Krista and Bailey) for their willingness to help and support by discussing with us of different payment options so that we can be well prepared in advance. I’m particularly grateful to Angi for her extremely kind and generous help when I didn’t feel comfortable with a cookie cutter standard sentence on one of the closing documents and asked her if she could change the verbiage to be more fitting to our specific situation. She went above and beyond to help us make the changes so that we could feel more comfortable with the document. Through her actions and her very kind and comforting words, she demonstrated that she is not just an ordinary closer. She is a kind, caring, hard-working closer who truly cares about her clients! We sincerely and truly feel very lucky to have her during our important purchase. We cherish her and are grateful to her. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH Angi!

Her team was responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with.
