Peter is a bulldozer ! Extremely thorough, honest and hard working. Very well spoken as you would expect from an attorney but he doesn’t waste time. He’s intimidating, yet very likable as a human.
Man, I was at a standstill in my case. I needed representation, and many lawyers wouldn't call back after I stated my case, or wouldn't even call to figure out the case after leaving a voicemail. I was at wits end almost and Adam Strand took my case. He was very professional, very well spoken. He helped me see how my case could turn out, even though it was messy and he couldn't guarantee a outcome, he told me he will do his very best to help me. And that, he has been doing. I knew nothing about law, and he guided me. My case is seeing the light at the end of the tunnel for me and my children. I recommend full heartedly, 1,000%, his services. If I ever need anything that he is able to do, I'm going back for sure. Thank you again Adam. You're truly a great lawyer.
I would not recommend Adam Strand as legal representation based on my personal experience. His communication was incredibly poor—he consistently failed to explain things in a way that I could understand, leaving me confused and unsupported during a critical time. Rather than feeling guided, I often felt judged and even attacked by the way he spoke to me.
Beyond the communication issues, there were serious concerns with how he handled my case. Motions were filed improperly, which ultimately harmed my position and delayed progress. It became clear that there was no real advocacy happening on my behalf—just a drain on my resources.
Thankfully, after switching to a lawyer who genuinely fought for my case, we were able to make meaningful progress and reach a resolution. The contrast was stark. I regret the time and money spent with Adam Strand and would advise others to seek representation elsewhere.
Peter and his team are both friendly and professional. They were very effective on my real estate issue and also put my estate planning together. Absolutely a good relationship to have for legal assistance for this world we live in.
Edward Moore really let my friend down. She provided every scrap of information he requested for their case in Superior Court. The trial was scheduled months in advance but it appears he waited until the week before to prep. That's when he started asking questions anyway. He failed to answer our status inquires or communicate his needs to my friend no matter how often she tried to communicate with him over the months. My friend was deposed but he decided to not deposed the opposition. It appears he just ran out of time. He showed up in court unprepared, failed to challenge outlandish statements by the opposition or even ask questions that were discussed ahead of time. My friend compiled a library of over 100 videos and provided them. He didn't show any of them and when asked he said he "forgot". He also forgot to ask key questions. Obviously we lost the case but this is NOT sour grapes. It's what I personally observed in the courtroom. A very disappointing experience. Glad he wasn't my lawyer.
And of course, months after this comment, no response from the company. I'm sure they will pitch a fit if their payment is delayed.
