Very Professional Injury Advocates.
My 1st experience in navigating the world of Labor & Industries as a claimant. Did not want to chart these waters alone, instead I was urged to call K&S Injury Advocates to help out with the sometimes confusing & nerve racking process of filing a Workers Compensation Claim.
1st call was easy & very satisfying. After speaking with Jana Z. she calmly explained the process, what they will do, the small fee charged for service & a plan for moving forward with success.
I’m excited to be working with these folks to get myself healed & back to work without any further delay.
I am sure glad I changed lawyers for sure. I didn’t realize how much work I was doing till I switched to K&S. You guys rock!!! They get stuff done the right way. Very friendly staff and they are on top of things. Communication is amazing. I would highly recommend them.
The entire team at K & S Injury Advocates has worked very well for me on my Washington State L & I case. They care about you and work for a positive outcome for your situation. They very definately have helped me navigate all of the in's snd out's of going through my L & I case, and that's not a small effort. I am very appreciative of their professional care and help.

K&S has been so helpful! I've got nothing but good things to say about this place. When there was a misshap with L&I and I got billed for my surgery, Shawna helped me get that money back in full. I imagined trying to get back on my feet after my injury would be stressful but they've made it a breeze. Really am so grateful!
Today was my first appointment with K and S Injury Advocates. Prior to today I spoke with Jana twice on the phone regarding my L & I claim. At the office I met both Kim and Jana . I am sorry I can't remember the person's name who greeted me when I came through the door.
What stands out is their willingness to listen. To listen to the details of my injury and claim. And provide feedback on the path forward.
I have had more than enough experience with attorneys to last me a lifetime.
I feel that I am well represented by Kim.
There is much to do before this is over but my first impression is overwhelmingly positive.
I have never had that impression with a attorney.
