K&S has been so helpful! I've got nothing but good things to say about this place. When there was a misshap with L&I and I got billed for my surgery, Shawna helped me get that money back in full. I imagined trying to get back on my feet after my injury would be stressful but they've made it a breeze. Really am so grateful!

Today was my first appointment with K and S Injury Advocates. Prior to today I spoke with Jana twice on the phone regarding my L & I claim. At the office I met both Kim and Jana . I am sorry I can't remember the person's name who greeted me when I came through the door. What stands out is their willingness to listen. To listen to the details of my injury and claim. And provide feedback on the path forward. I have had more than enough experience with attorneys to last me a lifetime. I feel that I am well represented by Kim. There is much to do before this is over but my first impression is overwhelmingly positive. I have never had that impression with a attorney.

In Dec 2021 I was injured in 2 serious accidents on the job one being a 700 lb barrel of chlorine knocked me over flat on my back hip and head. Then 2 days later I got hit with a 4 foot steel bar in the head and received a traumatic brain injury. My employer was absolutely non cooperative. Kim is knowledgeable about work injury claims.
