I called based on the good reviews. The first person I spoke to was very kind. They asked need to email them information about my case and said that they would respond and let me know but they had received it and follow up after it had been reviewed.
I emailed them a lot of information and never got any response that they had received it. About a week later I called to see if they had in fact received my emails and was told that they had and that I would here from someone soon.
I have never received a call or email from them to follow up in any way.
