I spent most of the time working with Frank (the paralegal), who's very responsive, a great communicator (phone calls and emails), easy to work with, and great turn-around time! They worked out a great settlement and it all went well! I'd choose them again for any personal injury cases without any hesitation!
I also didn't have to come in person for anything except the final pickup of the check, which was really nice, since I could work with them remotely and then just come down to the office once at the end!
