If I could give more than five stars, I would. Sears Law Office was so easy to work with. They over delivered on everything they said they I would probably get on an accident that was not my fault.

Rob and his team at Sears Injury represented and supported my family during a very tragic and difficult time. Their expertise and compassion went above and beyond while we navigated a very tough time. We greatly appreciated their representation and would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation we were in.
Update. It has been over a year with still no settlement seen in my account. Also allowed over and double billing on the hospital side of things. Even though I was pregnant at the time of the accident and the Dr's refused to do anything for me, including denying my request for an ultrasound for my baby. I believe Sears has also been paid from everything.
After my friend got into an accident with myself in the vehicle she had them call me after opening a case. At their direction I went to different doctors. It has now been over 7m and they don't return my calls nor do they speak to the doctors so I keep getting all of these bills they said I wouldn't be getting and calls to oay things I shouldn't be paying. All with no advice or communication from them. Not to mention they keep switching the "lawyers" supposed to be handling my case.
