My husband and I got rear-ended and we were given this business number to call. Everything was going good until. My husband got his itemized sheet on the amount he was told he would get plus dr bills and fees that came out but when it came to mine I was told that marcos got a confirmation tgat I would get $16,000 I know fees and medical comes out of it but I only got $7,000. I was told that my own personal insurance got charged for my medical so that I would get more on my check. So where did call the money go? I've called several times to see if I can get my itemized statement and I keep getting the run around. First I was told it got mailed out on Friday over a week later I still have not received it. I need it it to make sure every medical bill which was maybe 2 at the most got paid so I don't get any surprise medical bills now tge road. It's not so much about the amount of money as it is the run around in getting my question answered. Once they are done with you it's. Oh he's busy. Plus they disconnect the number that you have with your agent. I don't like being lied to. I don't lie to people and I would like the same respect.
