Shirley and Mike are the best. Their expertise in dealing with insurance companies (including my own) is such a stress reliever. They do this every day for their clients and it shows. So grateful I could turn the whole thing over to them and know my trust was well placed, while I focused on my health, my family and my business. Mike and Shirley were wonderful throughout the process of settling with insurance after a vehicle accident my daughter and I were in that resulted in medical care and missed workdays / school days / important events.They were kind and considerate during a really difficult time when I was struggling to find my footing dealing with the repercussions of the incident. They consistently advocated in our best interest, answered many questions, and provided clarification when needed. They are professional & persistent when necessary, always easy to work with. Knowing we were in their good hands relieved much of the stress of the whole ordeal.
