Be prepared for your case to be pushed out as many times as possible to go around his vacation schedule. Also do not expect good communication. He is very short in explaining and seems to just want to get out of there as fast as possible and get his money rather than actually understand your situation in this case and in your life. If you are less knowledgeable on something I’d suggest researching it a lot because you will get a very brief explanation from him. He also sends his assistant often to handle court dates who is actually awesome and explains a lot better than Brian himself! Hopefully he has his own spot one day. Brian is Very condescending and will always talk as if he knows for a fact he can get something done and then the next time you see him it’s as if he forgot everything. (No notes) he also will make it seem like you failed to reach out to him when he was the person at the previous court date appearing for you then doesn’t let you know when your next court date will be so make sure if you use him you are constantly checking dates so a warrant does not arise as it did for me when I thought he was appearing at my court date. The times he did appear all he did was extend the case to a further date with no zoom requests due to my residence in Kansas and now that it is 2026 my 2021 case has gotten even worse and I have to get interlock installed for another 180 days after already having it for two years because of terrible communication. Then he will say I didn’t contact him for months and act as if this is all my fault it’s got pushed out so long with no zoom requests or anything while i was in college in Kansas. He’s drug this out as long as possible and I would extremely recommend someone more compassionate and professional. Even his responses to almost all of these negative posts just go to show his attitude and lack of accountability for making things harder than they need to be.
