I can't recommend the advocates enough. Katie is such a blessing, I'm so happy I was able to work with her. I have recommended two of my family members to the advocates and they have also had a great experience. When I initially looked at reviews, the negative reviews were mostly people who didn't understand the process, first and foremost the advocates only get paid if you win a settlement so they will only take your case if it's going to pay out. Second, the process is not a quick process, there will be times when you won't have much communication with your attorney, they have other cases and unless there is any changes or updates they don't have a need to reach out every day or even every week. Understand this process can be slow especially after the initial steps have been taken. Trust the attorneys and their process. I was paid out the full amount limits from the at fault party's insurance and my under insured benefit. They offered 38,000 up front and that wasn't good enough so the advocates helped me reach what I felt was fair. I'm so happy I chose to work with the advocates and hope this review helps you understand the process so the negative reviews don't taint your willingness to call them if you've been in a car accident. Thanks Katie, I am forever grateful!
The service and team were amazing. Jarrett was outstanding as far as information. Very knowledgeable and updated. Katie my attorney was very caring and you could tell she wanted the absolute best. Hands down I will recommend these guys any day and will always remember them

Very responsive and gave very accurate timeline of everything from beginning to end, will use them in the future if anything happens again!
