I cannot recommend Jonathan Baner highly enough! As a landlord, I faced an incredibly frustrating situation where my tenant not only refused to pay rent but also caused significant damage to my property. Looked up Baner and Baner Law Firm after a friend of mine had used them for their I130 and I485 immigrations forms. The process was simple and communication was good. Process flowed naturally and got no RFE from USCIS after sending a very complete and hefty package
